We have a great crowd signed up for the baseball game! Remember for those who also plan to attend the Youth Luncheon that day are welcomed to come to worship in more casual dress if they prefer Sunday. A shuttle will also be run that day from Christ Church to BB&T ballpark.
There will be a car wash on Saturday, June 2 from 9 am – 1 pm to raise money for the Laurel Ridge Summer Camp scholarship fund. Sausage biscuits will be available until 11 am and hot dogs from 11 am – 1 pm. Donations are accepted. On Sunday, June 3 following worship there will be a taco bar. A love offering will be accepted. Please make plans to join us for these upcoming events to help support our youth!

A wonderful crowd gathered together to celebrate Mother’s Day and to welcome The Rev. Dr. David Allen Marcus, Jr. as our pastor. Many thanks to all who came to worship and those behind the scenes to help make this such a blessed day. On Sunday May 20th the Women’s Fellowship hosted a wonderful reception welcoming the Marcus family to Christ Church too. Below is a slideshow of some scenes from these past two Sundays.

Many thanks to those who ventured out on Saturday, May 19 for the Yard Sale. Proceeds from the Yard Sale will go to benefit those who are attending Mission Camp this summer. They raised $550 towards Mission Camp! Thank you again for the youth and adults who came out to assist and of course to those who donated items!
