Every 5th Sunday has been designated by the Leadership Board of Christ Moravian Church as a “loose change” offering for a special cause in our community and world. Synod 2018This week, Moravians from across the Southern Province will be gathering in Black Mountain, NC for the 2018 Synod. We ask that you keep them in your prayers as they travel and gather to discern where God is calling our Church.

Southern Province Synod Approaching

Synod 2018This Sunday in worship we will be commissioning our 2018 Synod delegates (Ann Frye, Becky Lanier and Pastor Marcus) in worship. Please keep in your thoughts and prayers all delegates who will be traveling to Black Mountain, NC from April 19th – April 22nd. Our Administrative Assistant (Avis Gray) will also be a part of office staff at Synod and our CFO for the Moravian Church (Robyn Glance) is also a delegate.
